Illiana Christian continued its strong volleyball season with a 3–0 home victory over Highland on Monday, October 6.
Illiana’s serving and front-line play quickly set the tone, as the Vikings built early leads and maintained steady pressure throughout. The offense was balanced and efficient, while the defense limited Highland’s scoring opportunities with quick reactions and solid coverage. The Trojans battled to stay in rhythm but were unable to overcome Illiana’s consistency and momentum.
The win moved Illiana Christian to 23–6 overall and 10–1 at home, keeping the Vikings unbeaten in their own gym. Highland fell to 6–20 on the season and continues to focus on development heading into late-season play.
